The kids reminded me about 4:30 today that it was PIE DAY
Which was a great excuse to make Pies for our FHE treat (Due to lacrosse schedule we've changed our FHE to Wednesday Nights). They requested ice cream pie and I decided to make one of Sheldon's favorite Strawberry Pie.
the pies are beautiful but I like the bakers best!
